My Prayers.....

In the midst of teen,
I came across a cool breeze,
Never thought at that moment
My life will depend on it.

I didn’t believe in the fairy tales
Till she came through my way
She captivated me
Through her enchanting eyes.
Nor it was her intend
Or my mistake
It’s the fate which
Brought us together;
But the bliss of joy
Remained only for a while.
She went
Away from me

My heart pains,
My soul bleeds, wanting her
On my side forever
I weep and pray all alone
But she cannot see it
Nor can she hear my prayers
But I continue doing that
In the belief
That one day the prayers
Will be answered.
